Over the years, our beef focus at Foxboro has been to develop a consistently flavorful and well-marbled product free from the hormones, antibiotics, and additives normally associated with large-scale commercial cattle operations. Our cattle are humanely raised and vigilantly cared for from the moment they’re born to the moment they’re ready for the table. We raise Hereford-Angus cross cattle specifically for their temperament, yield, resale value, and because they just seem to finish better than purebred varieties.
While the Hereford-Angus has been our traditional program, we’re excited to be adding wagyu to our line-up! We recently obtained wagyu stock from Yamamoto Genetics in Texas and we are adapting a finishing program specifically for them. Interested in an Arizona-grown wagyu beef? Stay tuned!
